Still breathing

Im building a house. It is a big house for two families, and the team am myself are near the finish line. Hell its draining all I have but its worth it. Ill have my own gallery for painting! Im really looking forward to that!

This is a mystic tinkerer.

Heres the description:

Adventurers from across the land seek the infamous mystic jewel crafter. The tinkerer is known for producing magically imbued trinkets which aid the adventurers in their journeys. But as a cost for the services, the adventurer must sign a contract to bring back a rare or unique treasure/artifact, which the tinkerer is strangely specific about it and its location. The tinkerer is always traveling and is accompanied by a pack mule pulling a cart full of goods and wonders.
